What has my experience been
After having owned one for 3 years I have nothing but good things to say about the Trezor hardware wallet. I have never had an issue apart from one time when I plugged the Trezor into my new laptop which caused it to short circuit. Luckily, I keep all my Seed Phrases securely backed up but the loss of the wallet was a huge inconvenience.
The next day I email the company who got back to me straight away and were extremely helpful. First, I send them a video of the wallet malfunctioning. Once they say the issue they kindly offered to send me a new Trezor after I sent them a video destroying the malfunctioning hardware wallet.
Within 2 weeks I had received a brand new Trezor wallet. I hastily inputted the recovery seed and everything worked straight away.
